This DPS is designed and intended to provide flexibility for applicants to engage with local and regional SME supply chains to deliver projects, and to provide capacity for lower value projects. It is intended to complement the existing YIF framework and provide a compliant procurement route that can supplement and increase capacity within supply networks.
